Our client was looking to simplify their loyalty program and create something new worthy of their brand.

They had multiple concepts and detailed propositions to sift through but were open to eliminating those that had little appeal, combining ideas that worked, and letting their customers tell them what would work.

We designed a program of research to establish a strong foundational understanding of the strategic challenge, gather qualitative feedback on proposed loyalty program “concepts,” and validate that feedback quantitatively to uncover the best concept.

ONE PERFECT WAY FORWARD

Allowing customer co-creation of the loyalty program was key to the success of this research. Using input from those who matter most to the brand meant we were able to suggest a clear way forward that would deliver on customer needs while adhering to strategic mandates.
