Does use of debit cards, credit cards and apps mean they’ve lost touch with their money? Does it result in a more cavalier attitude to saving? And have mobile wallets had any positive or negative impact?

We ran a quantitative survey with 1,000 individuals who have an active bank account.

In addition to exploring digital banking trends, the survey also included financial health measures, attitudes toward money, and brand equity KPIs.
